Run Far and Fast From Fetch
Fetch Pet insurnace was a huge mistake. I don’t believe any of these shady pet insurnace review sites. They’re all bots or marketing ploys. The real company will deny all your claims. The real company will never talk to you as a real person. God hell you if you need to get customer service on the phone. Trust me DO NOT GET THIS they will treat you and your pet like trash

My 4.5mo old puppy was diagnosed with diabetes and in 3 short weeks thousands of dollars were spent to stabilize her. Enter claims were east and fast. AKC requested vet records and notes within 24 hours and after receiving had processed my claim and reimbursed within 48 hrs. Very satisfied with service.

Claim for scratching
I don't believe this last claim falls under wellness. Policy #EP0062-3885 states where is allergy with meds would be wellness when if fact if the meds they perscribed do not work he will need a blood draw to see why he is still biting and scratching in dogs could be caused by serveral reasons. Currently he is on his second week of meds and still no change in his condition. I believe this would fall under medical where I pay 90/10.

Things I don’t like !
I don’t like the fact of how much the price goes up each year. I also feel everything should be considered for money back. Examples , toe nails cut and anal glands. As much as we pay per month everything should be refunded with something. It also takes to long at times to get refunded . I will be keeping the insurance , I just wanted to state my opinion.

My toy poodle is now two years and a half and we have been been with pets Best insurance since he was 8 weeks old… Through the time we had two major accidents and one illness. He was attacked by another dog and lost sight in his left eye (this required surgery and follow up for around 6000$). Later on he ate a piece of wood and had to have an xray and followup with the ER (cost around 600$) and lastly he all of sudden started having blood in his poop and had to go to the ER for checkups and was put on some good amount of medication (cost around 500$). After every incident I simply created a new claim on the pets best app (very simple to use and never failed me). I never needed to call anyone in pets best customer service ( I always got my money transferred into my bank account within two weeks of each incident) they where reliable and fast every time with no exceptions. All I can say that I recommend this insurance for every pet owner to easy your way in dealing with accidents or illnesses you pup goes through.
