Worst experience
I got an insurance for my dog since he was 2 months old, I have been paying $35 at the beginning and as time went by, Fetch was increasing my insurance cost with lowering my options. I have to mention that I never used insurance even once. I changed the policy 3 months ago as it was too hight but today I found out they charged me almost $30 more than what I was paying without letting me know and when I called they said your only option is to lower your policy which means I pay more and get less without using it. I felt like they are abusing customers by providing less and charging more and more every year for no good reason. I am looking for another option I am so done with this company

Claim for TPLO Surgery
Healthy Paws was prompt with the processing of my claim for my Yorkie's TPLO surgery. They also sent the refund check quickly and I had no problems with the claim at all.
Poor coverage for high price

Not great so far
So far my overall experience hasn’t been very favorable. I’m still waiting on claims I filed 6 weeks ago. I give two stars because most of the customer service folks I’ve spoken with have been really kind and helpful. The app doesn’t work. *Customer service has reached out so I appreciate that, but my claims are still in review after a very long time. Hopefully they will be processed soon. Once something has been done I will update my review to a better one.

Paid for a year worth of insurance for my dog upfront. She had an injury and cut her eyelid. I took her to the vet and paid the bill. I supplied all documentation and medical records and they said the claim wasn't covered? It specifically says cuts are covered. The claim date was also beyond the waiting period too.
