Sick dog needed medical attention
My dog was throwing up anything she ate and we needed to take her to urgent care. After multiple tests the Drs were able get her back to normal. I filed my claim with Fetch and it was approved and funded within days.

Great experience, wish document collection was simpler
Although the first claim took a lot longer than I would have liked, every experience since then has been great. Claims are paid out quickly when you have direct deposit set up. One thing I didn't care much for is the requirement of the vet notes because the requirement is that the notes have the complete history uploaded every time a claim is made. This ends up with years worth of vet notes over the pets life time. It would be great if the documents for vet notes could be saved to the account to be reviewed when necessary so that only the applicable notes needed to be uploaded. The reason being that sometimes these take time to get from my vet and it really delays the payment of the claim. Overall, I find the insurance to be comprehensive and affordable. It's customizable and recently I got a little discount for my dog being a healthy happy girl. That was a really nice bonus I wasn't expecting and I really appreciated it!
