All the calls I have made have been great I need help with technology and staff are very patient friendly and helpful.
All the calls I have made have been great I need help with technology and staff are very patient, friendly and helpful. My last call was was to verify that there is no limit on coverage for my dogs therapy and future types of treatment for his hip dysplasia. That was such a relief. Something like that is a great reason to also recommend Trupanion.

I think pet insurance is important but Im disappointed in what I'm paying a month and then to find out my 4500 deductible is for each different sickness or injury.
