Descent service, until your dog ages

I paid for pet insurance 11 years and hardly used it; We chose our pet from a breeder of merit. We feed her premium foods, have regular exercise and vet exams. Now that our dog is 11 years old, the price for insurance skyrocketed!!! It is no longer cost effective for us to pay the very high premium with a very high deductible. It ended up we paid for pet insurance for 11 years (around $7000) Instead, I wish I had opened a savings account for our dog to have money for vet bills as she ages!!

Slow Reimbursement With Claims

I do like this insurance company. My one big complaint is that it takes a very very long time for the company to reimburse you for a claim and it's getting longing. One of my claims I filled July 25th and then several shortly after and I'm just now getting reimburse, August 23rd. But I do appreciate that I don't have to jump through hoops to put and claim in and I've had no problems with the claims that I've put in.

Easy, friendly, and reduces stress

Every interaction I have had with fetch has been easy and smooth. When I have had to make a claim the process is easy, and payment always comes fast after my claim has been approved. Having a pet come down with health issues is stressful and having Fetch pet insurance has really made those unexpected trips to the vet not as stressful.

Improvement

The first 6 months they were terrible.Lately when you call you get a pleasant person who speaks English.I insure 3 dogs with them …a few claims and I thought they would choose not to renew …they did renew with no premium increase- and gave me an additional $500 of insurance @ no charge.Keep it up met life

DENIES MOST CLAIMS

I am in healthcare so I understand insurance. I have been denied all but one of my claims. My prescription food is supposed to be covered. You stated dermatology would be covered. But you deny everything.
