Figo is great
Figo is great! Their monthly premiums are reasonable and they don't raise your rate just because you used the insurance. They have many options so you can choose the level of coverage that you feel is right for your pets. I've had to use the insurance numerous times for my cats and they always pay quickly (within the week as long as they get records from vet). I've been with them for a little over a year and have been very happy.

Christal was so knowledgable & Compassionate!
Christal was very compassionate. Understood my pain of losing my dear little cat. Also answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. She was able to help set up an account for 2 little rescue kittens I got from the shelter and accessing the Embrace App for the former and new policies and finding the best maximum protection for their annual insurance plan. She was outstanding in every way and really help me to understand how the Embrace Insurance works. And she also helped me to retrieve a gift card online for referral I had done to a co-worker a few months back for her kitten to embrace. I love the rewards for referral since you can choose any type of card. Since I shop at Target, that worked for me. I was able to get more cat toys and cat food with this reward. And I loved it Embrace is fast comment informs me of what's going on, and so efficient in processing claims directly deposited to my checking account as I set it up.

Easy to use
Easy to use, easy to submit a claim. Love that everything is right on my phone. Only thing I wish they would add is making it easier to find out what is and isn't covered.

I paid almost $500 a year for coverage...for nothing
I paid almost $500 a year for coverage. When I submitted a claim it was denied because we did not have the Wellness Program which would have been an addition to the $500 we were already paying. No one at Embrace mentioned that program when we we first got the insurance. Metlife covers everything at 25% lower cost.
