Fast, amazing service!
My cat became sick and needed a catheter put in, unfortunately the plan didn’t go as it was supposed to so he needed emergency 24h care at a 24h clinic, all of this amounted to a lot more money that I was expecting! One phone call was enough to ease my mind that my plan would cover a big chunk of it, and in just a few days I received the payment and my cat is home and doing great! Beautiful feeling!

Fletch (Petplan when i started) has…been great
Fetch (Petplan when i started) has always been great. I have a lot of cats; that number has varied over the many years I've been insured. Fetch has given me calmness and the confidence that when one of them has a medical problem the bills will be manageable. I will have a modest deductible but the coverage beyond that will be great. I opted for 90% reimbursement with no annual limit and highly recommend it to everyone. Insure now; don't wait. I don't think anyone wants to contemplate a serious illness/injury and not having the money to help or save their furry friend. Fetch processes claims even more quickly now and have always been very fair. I recommend Fetch to all my friends.

I love Figo!
I think the biggest praise I have for Figo is the ease of use of the app. I have had to file multiple claims for my puppy BamBam. It was just a few clicks and then a direct deposit in less than a week each time. Seamless. Even when I have had to contact someone in person or via chat, the experience was pleasant. I love Figo and have recommended them to all my pet parent friends.
