Notice of Non-Renewal
I received a letter from Sonnet providing notice of non-renewal for my home insurance. Sonnet cited underwriting issues as a reason. This is a newly renovated home with all new mechanical, wiring, panel, roof, insulation and siding. There is no fireplace or Woodstove. I have had no claims. There was no explanation or opportunity to provide additional information. If this is how Sonnet does business I will be re-evaluating my entire insurance portfolio, from auto to pet.

No Fuss, No Muss. Great Customer Service & Very Reasonable Prices
I just started a new policy with Sonnet last month. Sonnet Insurance saved me half the money I was paying for my other policy with better coverage. There was a hiccup with my policy (totally my doing, not Sonnet). I spoke with Monique this morning who was incredibly generous with her time, was very well-informed and took care of my needs with professionalism and understanding. I am, so far, not a long-time customer, but with my first customer service experience under my belt, I am well satisfied with their reasonable prices as well as their customer service. Thank you Monique and thank you Sonnet! I highly recommend this insurance company!

Easy to apply for Sonnet Insurance online, and it is affordable. Thank you so much, Sonnet. When I called. the representatives are knowledgeable. But I prefer the call to chat. It was too much of a hurdle.. too slow to get a response with chat

WORST COMPANY EVER
I originally signed up with PetPlan and they sold to Fetch. I have had problems with this company since the moment they took over. They raised my monthly plan by an additional $20 a month and covered a lot less things. Also, their website is broken so you cant even chat with a person on it you can only click the pre-typed chat prompts, it does not let you type yourself. I have paid $660 in insurance fees thus far this year and over $700 at the vet and yet I have somehow not hit my $500 deductible because they do not cover many of the things my former plan with PetPlan did cover. The customer service people are rude and do not explain anything, they just direct me to their website which is poorly designed and barely works. I immediately cancelled my plan with them after they told me basically "that sucks" when I expressed my frustration with having paid over $1300 and seeing nothing in return. I wish PetPlan never sold to them because they were great, and Fetch is awful. Also, you can only cancel your membership on the phone, and they have no phone number posted on their website. Therefore you have to use the broken chat to try and talk to a person to obtain the phone number to cancel. I had to take screenshots of my text in the notes app and drag them into the chat just to type my own sentences and ask for a phone number.
