Enrollment was quick and easy, as well as setting up the account online. I can't review how to use it, yet, as we haven't had to and hopefully won't have to use it. However, it feels good to know our furbaby is covered if anything ever happens to him. It really does give you peace of mind.

First year was good…. We had 2 claims on my 3 year old dog. Claims process was straightforward. When my policy auto renewed this year, they raised my premium from $40/mo to $70. It’s a huge jump and not something I’m willing to pay. I’ll be switching carriers.

I have wellness coverage and wanted to say how hassle free it was to submit a claim and get reimbursement.
I have wellness coverage and wanted to submit a claim for my pets annual check up. Never submitted any claim before. I was expecting downloading and filling out claim forms and a big hassle. To my pleasant surprise, all had to do was download a copy of my bill. In less than a day I had a full simple to read EOB and a notice that a check was in the mail. unbelievably simple!!
