I've filed numerous claims and all have been denied. Most recently I was sent an email stating all of the pre-existing conditions. One of which was vomiting and tartar build up. Literally there's an excuse for everything. I was then provided the terms and conditions again. I would have been better off saving the monthly $70 to put towards my pup's needs.

SPOT lived up to its end of the agreement when it was most needed!
The matter of most importance is whether an insurance group will make good on "their" end of the agreement. In my experience, SPOT Pet Insurance has done so without reservations or difficulty. This past year was medically challenging for one of my dogs. He required specialized medical attention and therapy. I can say without any reservation that SPOT honored ALL of its contractual agreements, provided reimbursement funds in a timely matter, and its recordation of the aforementioned was easily available and timely. This was the first time I truly needed SPOT to come through for me ... it did ... and it cemented (again) why I personally believe pet insurance is crucial. Having SPOT has permitted me to make difficult decisions based upon medical objectives and veterinary care without feeling the constraints that financial concerns are the primary basis for a decision or prevention of needed medical care. Thank you, SPOT, for keeping your end of the agreement.

Well hard to say I just started. It is taking long time to process the claim. I do believe put the claim in Aug 31. So far that’s the only thing so far taking long time to process it. I finally got an email for update.

I have a French bulldog who suffered a spinal injury also suffered from a heat stroke, and also had Boaz surgery.
