The best pet insurance!!
This is the easiest, most helpful and convenient pet insurance! I had pet insurance with another company, it was way more expensive than Many Pets, covered much less and filing a claim was nearly impossible! Many Pets claim process could not be easier! I have 4 furbabies, and have filed claims for each one of them. The process was very simple and getting reimbursed was just as easy!! I couldn't be happier with my choice to move to Many Pets!

Worst experience of my life
The worst costumer service of my life. Karissa took it upon herself to yell at me when she couldn't provide evidence of the "actual cost of care" which she cited as the reason to increase my rate by 200 per month.. she stated the cost of care was more in the new city I moved to 3 years ago...which is not true at all. In fact the cost of treatment is less here than it was in the previous town I lived in. I offered to get three quotes for the actual cost of treatment from both cities and she refused this demanding the "actual cost of care" was not going to reflected in quotes from the actual cost of care. So I cancelled and went on to find out they base all their rates on policies that are not supported by evidence.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my adjuster to call me to take care of my claim! I called her multiple times she wont pick up, wont answer my emails! This is so frustrating !!!! And my claim is less than 2k ! 😐 this is a very cheap behaviour !

I am very pleased with my Spot policy. I have a senior cat and when she got sick, the medical bills were very high. Spot Insurance came through for me! I can not thank Spot insurance enough!

Thankful for ASPCA pet insurance
We decided pretty randomly to get pet insurance for our younger pup. Our senior pup had been having health issues, and we wanted to at least have our younger dog covered just in case, as our senior dog had been costing us a pretty penny. I am thankful we decided to get ASPCA pet insurance, as our younger dog ended up having health issues as well, and ASPCA has reimbursed us without issue, for both kidney issues and a mass that needed surgical removal. The plan we have for our dog also covers kidney diet food, which can be very pricey. It has really given us peace of mind. Thanks ASPCA for all you do!

Your company is trash and a ripoff for…
Your company is trash and a ripoff for honest people in need of help. I even called an agent months ago to confirm the surgery would be covered and only after I paid out of pocket and submit a claim I'm being told otherwise. You are a horrible company and you should be ashamed of how you do business. Dirty tricks and deceit to rip customers off, hope your proud of yourselves. Don't listen to these other reviews, filtered out the bad ones to avoid painting an accurate picture.

This is by far the best pet insurance ever!!! I have recommended it to several friends and family!!!
I can’t say enough awesome things about this insurance. Having this has literally saved my dogs life and has given me more time with my four legged “son” who is just as important to me as my human children. If you need a reliable insurance for your animal, this is the one to use!!!
