When the called to cancel my pup that passed away. They were so nice and helped me with the other questions I had. The app is awesome and easy to navigate.

Not sure worth it
In my experience, this company groups together unrelated incidents / illnesses (such as skin itchiness with negative ringworm test = ringworm which developed later), to avoid paying for significant vet bills. Also it seems like the deductible is high before they start paying anything. Most normal vet care won't meet the deductible, so this insurance is useless except in major calamities. They also are very strict about not covering pre-existing conditions. I am frustrated and worry it's a waste of my money.

App needs to be updated
I'm very frustrated with the app. I had emergencies with my dog and it did not let me update any of the 4 claims . I had to call customer service and email everything which has delayed all the process and some of the claims haven't been even process it yet.

Best Decision Pet Insurance
This has been a saving grace when out 4-year dog was suddenly diagnosed with colorectal lymphoma. Healthy paws made getting reimbursed for his diagnosis and then treatment easy and fast. Without this insurance we wouldn’t have been able to afford his treatment. The coverage offered is spectacular at a reasonable price.

If you have a pet, get this pet insurance
I was having second thoughts of getting a pet insurance since most of my friends who have pets do not have one, but I gave it a try since this is my first time getting a pet. My Ragdoll cat started throwing up and was not eating and pooping for 4 days. We took him to ER animal hospital and the bill was ridiculously expensive. But I am so glad I have Embrace. This really came in handy. I got couple of my friends to sign up after telling them my experience.
