Worst experience with this company

Worst experience with this company, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. so hard to get a hold of anybody in that company. They are just intent on taking your money. No service. I have been paying insurance, then I had a water damage. It took them forever and multiple calls from me before they sent someone over, only to take weeks again, and multiple calls and voice messages again to the adjuster, to finally tell me they would not cover the claim. Then next thing I know they unilaterally CANCELLED my policy without any warning citing "inability to meet my insurance needs". What a joke! Worst experience ever.

Amazing!!

If you don't have Trupanion... You need to get it now. This is an amazing company. I didn't have insurance when I had my previous dachshund and my vet bills were through the roof. When I decided to add a new addition to my family our vet suggested Trupanion. I'm so happy and relieved that I did. My mini dachshund had to go to emergency and then right into emergency surgery. It was so scary and very very expensive. I filed a claim with Trupanion and after their review process I was notified that they would pay me 90% of the total cost!! I couldn't believe it. You need Trupanion. I'm so grateful that I do.
