I want to first say that I am thankful for having the opportunity to sign up for pet insurance after adopting my third dog from a rescue in which I volunteer. Our rescue offers MetLife for a month after adopting. I never had insurance for my dogs until I adopted my most recent dog. After my month I decided to continue coverage for both of my dogs. One of the best decisions I could have ever made. MetLife's customer service is ALWAYS friendly and very PATIENT with their clients. ESPECIALLY with clients like me who ask a lot of questions and who often repeats the same question. They really listen to your needs. I wish all insurance companies would treat their clients like MetLife. I had to submit a few claims since having Metlife. Downloading their app. makes it that much easier. Their turn around after submitting a claim is unbelievable. I would recommend MetLife to all my doggie friends. Thank you, MetLife!!!

Get pumpkin for your puppy !
Pumpkin is an amazing company -it’s easy to file claims, they have a warm and friendly staff and quick responses each time I’ve needed help. I have a lab puppy who causes herself harm which causes me stress so having helpful vets and excellent insurance is a godsend. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Trupanion Saved our Baby Dash
Thank you to Trupanion for their quick response time and ability to support our dog, Dash! Dash went from being a super healthy and thriving 5 year old dog to fighting for his life overnight. Trupanion helped us just focus on getting Dash healthy, rather than making decisions about his treatment based on cost. Dash is still in recovery, but it's so nice to have our boy home and out of the hospital!

Denise was an absolute delight to deal…
Denise was an absolute delight to deal with. Sadly the reason for my call was to reduce my coverage due to the ridiculous price increase again this year. Insurance companies like this one need to change their focus from making money, a lot of money!! Focus on the customer i.e. the PET! An annual price increase should never exceed 5%. Sadly this has not been the case with this company over the last few years.

A very wise and beneficial investment
I have had many dogs and cats throughout the years but never invested in insurance for them. I decided to enroll with Pumpkin Insurance for my Belgian Mallinois this past year because I had the means to do so. I am so grateful that I did it because my dog got very seriously ill. Pumpkin has been wonderful…they are absolutely a legitimate company. They have done exactly what they advertise. I couldn’t be more pleased.
