Great Services that Save You Money!
Spot has been incredible for me and my 2 cats Luna and Smokey. First of all, the customer service reps are the most helpful, kind people I've experienced before which is rare to find for an insurance company. Second, the claims and reimbursements have been EASY and FAST. I can't believe it took me this long to start getting insurance for my pets but wow am I glad I did. I tell all my pet-parent friends that insurance is a MUST. Thank you Spot for taking care of my babies.

Claims denied for my 2 cats without reason
I took PetsBest out for mr 2 cats. One required hospitalization, testing and meds for a stomach obstruction, the other suffered UTI and testing plus meds. In all instances, PetsBest denied covering any part of the +$4.5K expense without even providing an explanation. It also took 26 days for them to communicate to me the claims were being denied. I canceled the plans. Poor response and false representation of what they say they cover.

Unfortunately this insurance company…
Unfortunately this insurance company like most is a scam. You have to meet a deductible FOR EACH ISSUE. For example if your pet has urinary issues it’s a $450 deductible for urinary issues before they even pay a lousy 80%. Now if say 2 months later your animal goes in for stool issues that’s a whole separate $450 deductible. Meanwhile it starts out cheap to pay per month but as your pet ages your policy increases. Our cat is 10 and we’re now paying $80 a month for them to cover basically nothing. Ridiculous wouldn’t recommend. You’re better saving that money every month so when an issue arises you can pay it yourself.

It is very difficult to obtain the kind of records required for vet services, frequently they do not have a computer system that will provide the required bill of sale documentation. Therefore the claim is denied.

So glad I got this insurance!
I started the insurance shortly after I adopted my cat Pepper at 8 weeks, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Pepper is now almost 6 years old and this insurance has helped lots when she was diagnosed with diabetes last year, and when she needed surgery to extract teeth affected by resorptive lesions this year. It saved me thousands of dollars in total. I’ve thought about canceling when she was healthy, but I’m glad I didn’t and stuck with the plan. You never know what could happen to your pet. The insurance brings you a peace of mind.

Overall very good
I was a bit doubtful at first, because most insurance companies find any reason or excuse not to pay out for claims (I've heard from other people), so when it just happened that our cat got very sick and racked up a huge vet bill, I wasn't sure if Fetch will be there for us. But they were! Our kitty had gone through a URI, then a lung infection, then got diagnosed with Congestive heart failure and more heart problems. It was a very hard time for us... However, everything was covered according to the policy and no major issues. My only complaint is that I really had to track down historical documentation, although Fetch had all the information of my vets (location, numbers etc.) visits and they said they would fax or call for my cat's records, but it didn't really happen. I was hoping for a bit more customer service from that aspect, and it caused a bit of delays in my claims process, but once my records were sent they processed the payouts pretty fast! Thanks
