File your claims properly you should have no problem . Yes we had our headaches at first but customer support listened and I have to say it is like night day now. i am very impressed . Keep up the good work

don't expect much and you won't be disappoited
It's a big inpmrsonal company. A business! That means it just hides behind layers of bs. A recent claim for $1100 give or take due to a heart condition got us a refund of approx. $59. What? No explanation of course. And if you call to question the annual increasing premium you are laughed at with the comment 'our rates go up EVERY year'. So, we're going to kiss this outfit goodby.
