This company has been great. We arnt afraid of having our puppy treated when necessary because we know we count with spot to help us with the financial aspect of it. Definitely recommend this insurance to everyone!

Unprofessional! denied my claim for a nonsensical reason
They denied my claim claiming it was a preexisting condition however it was an injury. They jumped to this conclusion based on the prescription. If I don't get this resolved i'm going to self insure.

straightforward and efficient
The process is very straightforward on how to make claims, and the estimate feature helps a lot too. I wish that there was an option to increase the annual limit further since my pet has a lot of health issues, but even so, my pet was able to get a lot of care without much worry financially because spot pet insurance is so efficient. Unlike a lot of other pet insurance companies, spot pet insurance covers services as long as its not a pre existing condition within 180 days, some other pet insurance companies will only cover for things that are not pre existing for the past year which I think is ridiculous.

The Trupanion Quote and Payment Process Was Very Good
The online quote and purchasing aspects were very straightforward and easy. Don't like that there are no quarterly or annual payment options.
