Mo was terrific in explaining different deductibles, coverage vs routine care, etc. It was helpful to know that I could discontinue anytime & not locked in. It is also impressive that Trupanion works directly with our Vet which I did not know when signing up. I have tremendous trust in Diamond Vet Clinic where our precious, Aspen, received care for over 14 years. We did not have insurance. I like the aspect that this insurance covers the unfortunate, unexpected care needed for our furry family member. The annual exams, etc you can plan on and budget for.

Embrace was very easy to work with
Embrace was very easy to work with. From the first claim I filed to the most recent (last claim I will file), they have processed my claims quickly. Unfortunately, I had to put my sweet girl down two weeks ago. Cancer came quick and without warning.😔 Customer service was very sympathetic to my situation.

If I can make-1 I’ll do it! This is the scam not insurance! I hope you guys reed this review! I paid for this insurance over $6k in order to get $28 refund check for the surgery was medically necessary! I will try to capture this check. Be aware! Don’t send them money! Scammmmm!!!!!

So far, Fetch Insurance has exceeded my expectations. Got insurance this year for my aging dog who had a bunch of preexisting health conditions, which I knew care related would not be covered. But I’m just 1 months time he developed a growth in his mouth and 5 months last Mast cell tumors which needed to be removed. Surgeries totaling over $3,000 out of pocket. Fetch covered them and out of pocket so far only paid around $800. Quick pre approval for time sensitive surgeries and fairly timely on paying out claims. I’ve also never had an issue getting an agent on the phone. I will say the online chat is absolutely useless, just remove it! But Will recommend to anyone with a pet.

ManyPets are professional and worth it for your pets.
I had three pets covered by ManyPets; unfortunately, one of my girls passed. Although a tough time for us, they made it easy to navigate and handled the situation professionally. Breana is very patient, kind, and supportive. Our other two girls are lucky to have ManyPets as their insurance provider.
