Can't get easier or better!
This is my first year using Lemonade and I'm more than impressed! It was very easy to sign up and they explained all of my options in an easy to understand manner. Actually having options was amazing too! I could choose to cover specific things, like an annual exam, for example, rather than having everything lumped in, even if I didn't need it. The low cost, especially for a senior dog, was astounding as well. When it finally came time to file a claim (for an Annual exam with blood work) the process was painless. I used the phone app to list all the services that the Vet had provided, how much I'd paid, used my camera to take a picture of the invoice, and sent it to Lemonade (who had walked me through each step). Within four hours Lemonade had deposited all of the money they owed me into my bank account with no arguing about what was covered and what wasn't. The whole process was painless and easy. Thank you, Lemonade!

After 7 years with Trupanion they denied a claim saying it was preexisting condition that before or during first few months my dog was treated for it. Which she had not. Upon pressing them them they finally covered injury but now put entire bill toward a deductible. When I asked what the preexisting issue they were referring to they have nothing to say. I guess they are an insurance company and like most do not want to pay, and even lie about it

Easy to use/ frustrated with past claims I missed
Easy to use, just frustrating to have to do it in three months when I pay for insurance and have missed three app. Getting paid cause of death, family, and extra people in house. Otherwise it’s easy to use and timely in responding.

Best pet insurance around!!
If you are looking for a pet insurance don’t look any further! Spot pet insurance has been beyond amazing and 1000% worth it! The turnaround time for claims is so fast and the coverage is so so good! My puppy broke his leg back in March and Spot took the added stress of expenses out of the equation so that we could focus on our little guy. I would absolutely recommend Spot to anyone looking for the best coverage around :)

Grateful
I was so grateful that I got some of his first puppy visit back. Now much more. But mostly his elaborate surgery( neutering, palette resection, nose and stomach biopsy) was partially covered. So incredibly expensive for a retired person but my companion deserves the chance for a healthy long life even though depleting a lot of my savings account. Thank you for communication with vets on questions and I didn’t have to do that. Would recommend SPOT to anyone.

Very Happy Customer
I got news that my dog is diabetic. I called Trupanion to ask questions if he was covered. I spoke with Megan, she helped me to understand about my claims how to do my claims. This was not first time using customer service. My other pup had surgery customer service guided me through that. Handled my claims, spoke with my vets.
