Increase in rate very disappointing
The increase in price was advised to me yesterday. When inflation is overwhelming us (gas & food), this added hardship was hard to take. So I had to reduce annual amount, increase deductible, remove Rx coverage. I’m keeping it for now, but shopping the competition to see if there’s something else I might consider.

Well my claim has been in since 3 or 4…
Well my claim has been in since 3 or 4 weeks , the whole submitting the claim was quite easy however I was told I was missing vet records, my vet submitted and fetch co firmed they have from June 2023 to Nov 2023 but require the last years medical records ? I only picked up my puppy June 17 2023 at 8 weeks old, how would I have any previous record? Wry frustrating , seem to be just going In circles ! No one answers what else I can submit ? There are no vet records prior to June ? It’s been almost a month

Spot pet health has been amazing. In the beginning, the claim processing time was quite long so I was skeptical then recently, they've been taking care of new claims quite promptly so the service has been great. Really easy to submit claims online. Highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance.
