This was my second claim for my Shih tsu. Same diagnosis of HGE. Took her to an emergency VEG facility. Were she was given excellent care. I submitted my claim to Healthy Paws. My claim was accepted with no issues. I was reimbursed with no hassle accordingly to my insurance coverage. I highly recommend this pet insurance company.

I can’t say enough good things about Pumpkin Pet Insurance. They have been there for both of my dogs, including during the most tragic and heartbreaking loss of my sweet dog. During an incredibly difficult time, they were compassionate, responsive, and truly helped me get the care and services my dog needed. Excellent pet insurance
I've now insured 4 cats through Spot. When I starting buying insurance for our current two 1-1/2 year old brothers as a precaution when they were still kittens, one of the cats unexpectedly developed some chronic health issues that have already nearly cost $2,000. As with all of our other pets, Spot has reimbursed me for the expenses promptly and without any administrative back-and-forth. I cannot recommend them enough.
