I appreciate the thoroughness of my plan review. I added the wellness package to the basic emergency coverage. This insurance is well worth the money! I haven’t had any emergency but the peace of mind knowing I won’t have to agonize over my pet’s well fair versus do I have money for surgery!

My pup is (luckily) super healthy but her joints keep having issues...and that's not cheap! Healthy Paws has processed her vet bills super quickly and easily without any hassle or questions. Anything to avoid paying
Basically if you have ever taken your pet to the vet before your policy took effect, you can be sure that trupanion will find a way to weasel out of paying anything for future issues. Ever had their eyes examined, anything in future related to their eyes will be “pre-existing”. Ever had their teeth checked, you can bet anything related to their teeth will forever be “pre-existing”. I’m sure if a serious accident ever occurred they’d find a way to say your pet already had a physical exam so any future injuries to their body will be somehow pre-existing. Only buy this insurance before your pet is born or ever attends a vet for the first time because they are weasels and snakes and won’t cover anything. Waste of money!

Had this insurance for my Doberman for 3 years , 4 days ago, the first time I filed a few claims that I was holding due to the luck of time to deal with it. Today, I looked at my bank account and my policy went up from 233.00 a month to 309.00 amount .the original quote I got was 133.00. I really don't understand why his insurance is as high as mine. I did not received yet any reimbursement for the bills. So for now I gave 2 stars. Lets see what happens maybe I will change the review.
