When your cat falls off the cat tree and breaks their wrist, you need the nice customer serve Representatives. Claims were paid quickly and correctly! Great experience to date. With more surgery to happen.

I Am Very Happy with Fetch!
This is the first time I have purchased pet insurance, so I did my research and found that Fetch had the most to offer.I have only been with them for 3 months, but they are certainly living up to their reputation! They have honoured every claim and sent the reimbursement right away. So far, I have only made use of the Wellness portion of my policy, but I have no doubt that when I make an Injury and Illness claim I will be equally as satisfied.

Very good so far. We got Figo when our dogs were puppies. We have not had to use for serious items, thank goodness. What we have used it for has provided us some reimbursement so that is good.

I send in all what my vet gives me
I send in all what my vet gives me. I have had to call claims 4or 5 times received no money from the start of my policy 7/1/2023. I finally receive 2 checks in Dec..now I am told the need something else before they can finish a claim. I spent $20.00 faxing you everything I have.

I don’t feel the claims are thoroughly reviewed and researched before determining denials …
I don’t feel the claims are thoroughly investigated! It’s amazing how when there is no reimbursement the claims happen quickly! However when there is a more complicated scenario it takes longer to even begin the claim process. They ask when we submit the info to further elaborate but then that information is NEVER read!!!! I explained my dog had a collision with my other one and knocked her front tooth loose. I was concerned so I wanted it removed right away. In addition my dog from 1-2 years ago had another tooth that was fractured but due to financial hardships didn’t have the funds to have immediately extracted. The vet understood and said unless she has complications it can remain. We were planning on doing this in 2024 but when she collided with our other dog we decided to gave both teeth extracted at once. Well the claims was denied bc they ASSUMED it was periodontal disease which she never had. They were were fractured one from excessive chewing on something she shouldn’t have gotten and another bc of a face on collision with our other dog who is bigger while they were playing. This has happened more than once and it’s extremely infuriating when you pay high premiums. Already over 4 wks and will need to wait longer on a $700 claim.
