Don’t let their USAA affiliation fool you, not the level of service of USAA
I had chosen Embrace because I have had USAA insurance for over 40 years with excellent customer service and claims processing. Embrace is a nightmare to deal with! I have cancelled the policy on both my dogs and move over to SPCA insurance where I had excellent customer service and claims processing on my last dog. They may be a little more expensive a month, but worth every penny not to have to deal with Embrace ever again. They are terrible.

Rachel Holland in Nevada. She was hands down the best customer service rep I’ve ever spoken to, period. She deserves recognition and a raise or something. What stood out about her was that she actually empowered me as a client. It’s so rare that customer service reps take the time and energy to walk a client through every last detail of the action steps they’re taking to help solve the client’s problem. The difference between a frustrated client and a client who is satisfied with the services they receive is having a rep who empowers them. I had felt like I was going in circles every time I talked to somebody about the things I was trying to solve before this call, which Rachel gave me over an hour of her time for. Rachel did everything in her power to solve my problems. And she verbally walked me through everything she did. She actually communicated and put in the effort and energy to think about what options she could take to push forward my issue and dig to the very bottom of things. Instead of passing it off to some other agent or giving up, she genuinely gave everything. This is what customer support culture is supposed to be about. Thank you Rachel for your impact, I hope you get promoted a million times!

Wow..what can I say
Wow..what can I say? My claim was handled in 2 days and the deposit was in the bank the next day by direct deposit. No problems, no pressure...my girl is new to me and a rescue, so this was the first visit, and it was completely covered under the Wellness plan part of her policy.

Only had it a couple days
Only had it a couple days, but approved the heartworm 100 dollar payment in 24 hours. So, A+ thus far. Insurance isn't to try to get 100% of everything you spend each year (otherwise the insurance company would go broke) but to have in case some very expensive thing happens. I can't complain...
