I submitted my claim for both of my cats’ wellness exams through a very easy mobile application. I received my decisions relatively quickly and was very happy with what was covered and what was not covered under my insurance plans.

Pets Best Is The Best
I don't have experience with other pet insurance companies. We've used Pets Best for several years now for our dog; since it was recommended by my union. We have always had very good experiences with them. The website is easy to navigate and understand. We picked a plan we liked and could afford knowing what was covered and what wasn't. We submit bills for reimbursement through the website and have never had a problem. And Pets Best even emails an apology if they don't respond quickly to a submission! Who else does that?!
