Excellent Customer Service
We have had insurance through Pets Plus Us for the last 10 years. They have been kind, friendly and supportive throughout the duration. Our Doxie Bull and Chow Chow German Shepherd mixes came to us with several health issues and injuries. Pets Plus Us covered their claims fairly and promptly. We lost our Doxie Bull in July and our Chow mix last week. This has been a very difficult time for our family. The team at Pets Plus Us have been kind and supportive in our loss. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance for their fur baby.

Big Price Increase this Year
I would give Pets Best a 5 star review for their first five years of coverage. Their claim submission process is easy and they quickly paid like they said they would. I recommended them all the time. In the first five years I only had one small increase in price, but this year I got hit with a 45% premium increase.That was a bit disheartening and makes me wonder if I’ll be able to keep it long term. Otherwise, a great product.

The best of the best
Spot is super simple and easy to use. I spend about $50 a month and i have to admit i thought it was a waste of money at first, but i was very, very wrong. Its worth every penny and i will forever recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance. My dog became sick suddenly and the reimbursements from each doctors visit was worth it in the end. Pet insurance is definitely something every pet parent should invest in, because in the long run (as your babies age) it saves you so much money and gives you some security. Its easy to get a hold of someone if necessary, submitting a claim/documents is simple, especially using the app. The turn around of submitting the claim, it being reviewed and then getting my reimbursement is quick. I have absolutely no complaints about my service with them.
