Very Quick Completion on Claim
I filed a claim with Embrace for my cat’s most recent visit to the vet. Just over $800 for hospitalization, x-rays, and some other diagnostics—she’s unfortunately had two previous surgeries for foreign body obstructions and we were worried she might need another. Embrace sent an email immediately after the claim was filed advising that it may be up to 30 days for the claim to process since it was the first claim ever, but less than 48 hours later the claim was processed and paid into my account. Every communication with Embrace has been clear and easily understandable and they have fully explained what is covered and any possible exclusions based on pre-existing conditions and other previous illnesses/incidents. I am already very impressed with Embrace’s service and am very glad I decided to sign up with them for pet insurance.

Easy to submit and get paid
They make it very easy to submit claims and are easy to communicate with if you have any questions. Payment takes about a month or so, but they pay as they promise.
