Chasing a wrongly denied claim
My issue isn't what happened this time but it was for a claim I filed in October last year. My vet and I received numerous requests for records that had been sent to Spot at least 4 times from me (don't know if vet provided or not). Then the claim was denied b/c of the records not being received. I used the correct email each time. I called Spot for help and was told each time that someone would expedite the claim or they'd call me back and nothing ever was done. It was extremely frustrating, to say the least.

Premium rises every single year exorbitantly
I have had the insurance for several years. It started out at $55 a month and it is now $165 a month over 5 years. It just keeps going up and up. It's really wrong!

They just do what they say they're going to do. Instead of finding any excuse to make it difficult, they just do what they say they're going to do. Rare these days, especially from an insurance company.
