My experience with Embrace Pet…
My experience with Embrace Pet Insurance was amazing. Their representatives are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They process the claims very quickly and the money is deposited in my account right after it’s approved. I would recommend them to anyone.

170% Monthly Premium Increase
At the annual renewal, Embrace increased my pet's premium from $87 to $235 monthly. Didn't even submit a claim in the past two years. They started out reasonable.

Great Service
We used our wellness benefit for our dogs vaccine renewals. It was easy to complete a claim and the customer service communication was excellent as the claim was processed.

Long term customer
I’ve been a customer with Pets Best for over 20 years, with coverage on several dogs. Currently coverage on 3 Great Danes. The claims are easy to submit and paid exceptionally timely . The insurance coverage is good for major medical bills. The customer service is excellent. The coverage premiums are a higher than other companies , but well worth the money investment and peace of mind .

DEAR SPOT PET INSURANCE
DEAR SPOT PET INSURANCE please read thoroughly when clients write an email to you. I am trying to be responsive by your inquiries and requirements asking for the medical records. And instead of reading through with I am asking, you guys will just send me an automated message and keep telling me I am not uploading anything. and If it was not an automated message, then you guys need to have better working staff. paying $140 per month for pet insurance and still getting this type of service? unbelievable! out of $890, I know I am only going to qualify to get reimbursed for $100 and this is ok! I was aware of it. but even for $100, they will make things superrrr hard for you to get it! if you can stay away from this company, stay away. they have horrible service.

I had to take my dog to Emergency vet care. Filed claim online which was really quick and straightforward. Very simple process and received email saying would receive check within the next week.

So what I love about this insurance is…that they really reimburse you. But be ready to wait several weeks for that-1 month and longer
So what I love about this insurance is that they keep their word and do reimburse you. So far I haven't had any issue. What I do NOT like is that they take sooooooo long to do so. I'm STILL waiting for 2 of my claims that were submitted more than a month ago to be processed. They're still in "review" stage. When you spend a few bucks, that's OK. But when you spend several hundred at your very and really need that money, then it becomes an issue. I have another claim to submit and I'm already preparing myself for a frustration, as that one is close to couple thousand $$ and I know I'll be most likely waiting couple months to get that money back :( So to me this company is 3.5 stars. But 5 rounds up, so it should be 4. I suppose. But I'm leaning more towards 3 stars. Not the cheapest pet insurance, but not the most expensive either.

Clunky website, long call wait times
Unfortunately, I have not had a great experience with Trupanion. Their online portal is not just clunky and slow to load each page, it does not allow me to make any updates. It will let me edit but once I try to save I just receive an error message. I've called about 3 times, there has not been a time where hold times have not been 10+ minutes. That said, the employees have been very helpful over the phone. You also have to call to cancel meaning the time required to use their services or discontinue use is quite a bit.
