Megan is wonderful never thought I would get such quick responses to my questions. Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable and very compassionate about my new puppy. A COMPLETE SCAM! I had the gold package and paid $95 a month for years. They would not cover the surgery that my dog needed for an injury to his LEFT back knee because he had trouble-not an injury-with his RIGHT back knee years ago. READ THE FINE PRNT VERY, VERY CAREFULLY!

I have had Pet Plan / Fetch pet insurance for years. They have always covered my claims and been great to deal with. The process for submitting claims is a breeze. I recently reached out to customer service to make some changes to one of my policies. Kyann DeViner was very helpful. It was a great experience as usual!

scam stY away
there service writers and insurence is a joke my horse had dental work sent them xrays and sent them break down of medical records for a year. the break down was not good enough they said they wanted all hand written notes things that would take over hour to get they said they ask vet three times vet said they sent to them so they denied claim. then 2 months later did another claim same horse and once again they asked for year worth of medical record which they recieved 2 months ago. they make a point to harrass your vet so they stop dealing with them and they deny your claims but these thief will take your money Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Cannot get a penny for reimbursement as…
Cannot get a penny for reimbursement as it should be per Figo’s policy. The Figo people that I called lying that they contact the vet for verification but didn’t get Vet’s office answer. I talked to the Vet’s office, no body call them from Figo. These were just for 75.00 of teeth cleaning and 50.00 of vaccinations. Imagine when your bill is thousands dollars…. Figo is nothing but a scam.

Could not be happier with Healthy Paws
I have had Healthy Paws for over 5 years for my 3 dogs and I recommend them to everyone I can with pets. It is almost too easy to submit claims, and they are SO quick to reimburse us every single time. Today, they outdid themselves, and completed my claim only 3 hours after I submitted it. I have a 6 year old, a 5 year old and a 1 year old, and I cannot express how nice it is to never have to worry about vet bills for them. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Healthy Paws Insurance is a must have for your Pet
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best investment you can make to insure the best care of your beloved pet. Adopted my dog Luke when he was 6 months old and immediately got this insurance in 2017, and it has been a life saver. Luke ended up with allergies and the medication is $180.00 a month, I send the invoice to Healthy Paws and get reimbursed for 90% within 2-3 days. He has had multiple surgeries that have also been covered at 90%, saving me thousands of dollars. Their customer service is the most caring, kind, professional I have ever encountered. Fetch…Great experience
I called and spoke to Mindy for help processing a claim for my dog Stacks. She fixed the issue I was having and we got it entered into the system. She figured out there was some kind of glitch in the system. She was also going to refer the problem to the proper department to fix the glitch. I stayed to take the survey, but it kept asking me to press 1 to accept the questions. I did that 3 times and then it said thank you for participating.I never got to answer the questions and 1 is the worst rating, so I wanted to make sure that the 1 wasn’t what registered because her service was great! Later I called back and spoke to Emmalee. She was also very helpful and pleasant. We discussed the survey and a couple more problems I had after speaking to Mindy. She agreed to refer it to the necessary departments to fix the issues/glitches. I appreciate both their help very much!
