Reliable and def worth it
One of my dogs teared a tendon and has needed extensive care from physio to ultrasounds and shockwave therapy, all in the thousands, and Fetch has covered 80% of absolutely everything. I’d say the only downside is that it’s taking them about a month to pay back, but it’s great to know that it will get covered each time, even for ongoing issues like this one. Their customer service and app are great too

Company does not want to pay
Had procedure performed on my dog for breathing concerns. Vet put in treatment plane it was medically necessary. Claim was denied as elective, contacted company and was told to file an appeal. no communication since appeal was filed 30 days ago, was told could take up to 90 days when I contacted them.

Affordable but comprehensive coverage
I’ve reviewed a few pet insurance quotes before settling to get Petplan/ Fetch by the Dodo. It’s covers a lot of things but is cheaper than the others. I got it when our dog was still a puppy and I’m glad I have it now since my dog had some health issues. They process claims promptly and you can easily contact them if you have questions.

Pets Best delivers
I have been only with pets best for a few months. However, pets best delivered when they are needed the most. My pup had an emergency surgery which was the quite expensive. Pets best team handled things in a timely manner through out the process. And there is no bulls***. We got reimbursed as expected. Thanks Pets best. Will definitely refer to my friends and family.

Grateful pet Parents
We have used our Fetch insurance for 3 different incidents. One was Bella, she broke her leg requiring surgery, 2 pins & and a screw. 2nd & 3rd time was Krissi, she had some sort of infection that required surgery< & she also has IBD, which required extensive testing! Both Bella & Krissi have recovered well & are doing great. We had absolutely no issues with Fetch covering these issues!!! Everything went very smooth. Very thankful we have Fetch.

Fantastic service and easy to use
FETCH has been absolutely fantastic, we are very happy with the service. Our Sharpie has had multiple issues and FETCH has been amazing to deal with. Claims process is very easy to upload documents to portal and when processed are automatically deposited to out account. The only down side is the length of time it takes to process claims (generally 2 to 3 weeks) however we are very pleased with the service and don't mind waiting.

To be seen by management
First when u bought the company clients should of been advised of the new claim rules ... Such as your a green company and mail in claims are no longer acceptable.... Reimbursement should not be claimed until deductible is met .... Increase in policy charge is ridiculous.... Doubled in one year ..... Unaffordable people are not hear to make insurance company rich .... And not complicated claims should not take several weeks for reimbursement ... My opinion is this u are taking severe advantage of people and would recommend people to put money aside instead of paying for pet insurance
