Not getting what I thought would be great insurance
It seems that after buying the most expensive dog insurance you have, everything I send in, I receive $0 back. I left my last insurance company since I felt you had more to offer. I guess I was wrong. Even with the top of the line illness along with the wellness, that doesn't even help.

Sonnet has changed the image of insurance companies!
It was so convenient to apply online for insurance coverage for my home. The website was easy to navigate and everything was explained very clearly instead of in complicated legal terms. Plus there's an extensive list of FAQs. And they didn't forget about me after I signed up. I receive all kinds of helpful follow-up emails. I was hopeful but it is not working out...
I had 24Petwatch insurance with my last dog an it was easy to submit claims with quick turnaround. I don't think one claim I have submitted has been resolved without issue, resubmission or months of waiting for an outcome. I am probably going to switch.
