I can't say enough great things about this company. Your staff is so knowledgeable and easy to work with. So few people have dog insurance because they think it's too expensive but have never even looked into it. My dog was unexpectedly diagnosed with bi-lateral cruciate ligaments disease in both hind legs (which he was born with.) This wasn't discovered until he was 4 and started limping for no reason. Thank God I had him insured! He just underwent his final surgery and is now in post rehab. He will be starting Hydrotherapy shortly and once fully recovered, it will be as if he never had an issue at all. l will never again be without doggy insurance. Because of you we were able to get him the best care possible. Thank you!!! Thank You!!! Thank You!!! And to think, for full coverage, all I had to give up in exchange for his monthly premium was ONE Starbucks drink a week. It wasnât an added expense, it was a trade off and if you love your pet like your child, a small trade off is well worth the piece of mind knowing that no matter what the future brings, your baby will have the best care possible at a price almost anyone could afford.
