Terrible support
I decided to try Fetch when I needed to find a new plan for my dog. Now that I've had to submit a claim, I'm finding out how terrible this organization is. The subscriber portal is difficult to navigate and only has the bare minimum of options. I uploaded my pet's historical medical records twice because I couldn't tell if the upload was successful the first time, and there is no menu option to see your documents. Now, I'm still waiting for a claim to be processed. I waited 2 weeks and then get a request for my dog's historical medical records! I uploaded AGAIN, and I am still waiting. The portal only has 2 options for customer support - an AI bot with preset topics and an email address. I went with email and have yet to receive a response. Not only do I pay more per month for this policy, the annual limit is lower and the reimbursement percentage is lower than the policy I have on my other dog with Figo. I only signed up for a different insurance because at the time I had no experience with submitting a claim with Figo. Since then, I've had to submit claims to Figo and had no problems. I'm very disappointed that The Dodo promotes this insurance plan, and now that my dog is having issues, I feel like I am stuck, since all other insurance companies will say he has "pre-existing conditions."

Pets Best Deserve Their Name
I unfortunately had to rush my dog to the emergency vet right before the New Years because of foreign obstruction to her GI. We racked up a bill of more than $8000 to cover her surgery, recovery, and stay at the clinic. I was worried that I had to pay out of pocket but I am glad that I’ve always been loyal to Pets Best not just for this one dog, but for three. I filed a claim at Pets Best app and it was super easy to do. It did take almost a month to be reviewed, but on the 15th day I received an email that it takes a long time depending on the number of claims they are processing, so I didn’t have a problem as long as I got an update. On the 28th day I finally received the payment. Pets Best stayed true to their policies and words! I only had cover the deductible and copay. Thank you Pets Best for securing my dogs.

Beyond disappointing as a USAA customer…
Beyond disappointing as a USAA customer it’s over a week now and today alone 20 emails asking for the EXACT SAME reports from multiple embrace employees when will this stop or am I being flooded since they forgot it’s critical care one hospital visit and an excuse not to pay. Please treat customers better and pay out.

I feel that it’s taking way too long to…
I feel that it’s taking way too long to get my claims reimbursed consistently. Through my years with Pets Best sometimes my claims are processed timely and others it takes several weeks. I know you may need records etc… but it is never consistent on how long it will take.

Angus - happy for pets plus insurance
Hi My 2.3 yo German shepherd developed 4 lumps on areas of his body . As a precaution, our vet reconnected removal . We are so fortunate to have insurance coverage for Angus with Pets plus. They provided a pre approval immediately.. The process was seamless . Hammond Plains veterinary were fantastic and handled sending the information directly to Pets plus . We absolutely are grateful to both and Angus is recovering well after surgery:) Thank you 🙏

A piece of mind.
Knowing that I was going to get money back which I desperately needed for other things. Spot Pet Insurance gives me room to relax while owning five large very active dogs who play a little too rough sometimes. Also living in a mountainous area I worry about snakes a little more than in the city. Anytime i need to call Pet Insurance for information they are so helpful, relaxed and patient, it really helps me think.
