Great
I have been with Embrace for over 13 years. I have multiple dogs on my policy. I have to say the claims are promptly processed. Sometimes in less than a week. Other times it might be 2 weeks which is reasonable to me. I have one pup that has been extremely medically challenged. Embrace has been there every step of the way. It’s thanks to Embrace I still have this sweet boy. Customer Service has always been outstanding. I’m very pleased with Embrace.

Compassionate, comprehensive, complete and rapid response
Our experience with Healthy Paws confirmed we chose the right insurance company. I studied many of them before making a decision. We had a whopper claim thanks to our one year old cat needing extensive surgery from eating two Nerf darts. Seriously. Very dangerous, life-threatening blockages. But all is well and I'm so relieved we signed up with Healthy Paws.

KyAnn was excellent . She answered all my questions completely and quickly . She gave me tips on how to send in the documents I needed to send in for my Dog's claim . Without Trupanion my Bonny and Rambo…
Without Trupanion my Bonny and Rambo would not survive! Bonny developed diabetes 3 years ago and Rambo has a heart condition! So grateful for being a customer for 13 years
