I called embrace regarding additional information that was needed I spoke to a customer representative who answered the call within a minute. She promptly reviewed my submissions and approved three of them while on the Phone and submitted two others to an adjuster. Within 2 days these were also approved. I was very impressed by the pleasantness, efficiency, and knowledge of this representative. ❤️

Great insurance AND great customer service for our pets healthcare!
It has been such a positive experience working with Healthy Paws. It is extremely easy to file a claim and we always get a prompt reply. We are notified about every step of the process. We have received a clear explanation about coverage and we receive the reimbursement checks very quickly. It has been challenging and emotional to deal with Barney’s health challenges and we are very grateful that Healthy Paws has been such a positive partner in his care.

Easy to sign up, customer service is not good and daily email reminders are pushed to get your pet’s vet records. Had a question immediately after signing up, called customer support and got a recording directing me to leave a message. Left a message, called right back and now a rep answered. Wanted to cancel immediately but the rep assured me that they offered good service and she would call me back Monday (this was on Friday) I was in the middle of speaking with her and got disconnected. No call back and now 7:00 pm on Monday, haven’t heard a thing. I don’t trust that trying to file a claim with this company will be a good experience. Cancelling.

Healthy Paws is the single best pet insurance company
I will never insure another pet with any other pet insurance. Healthy Paws has, over the past 14 years, paid almost every claim within 2 days via direct deposit. No drama, no unnecessary delays, no pre-approval. Just there when we needed it and we really needed it a couple of times for our two dogs. I am so thankful that I've always recommended Healthy Paws to all my friends. My vet uses it and over the past 14 years, we have referred 12 people who also use Healthy Paws. I just love them, their customer service and their coverage.

MetLife Pet Insurance is Outstanding
MetLife Pet insurance has been outstanding! Dog owner for 30 years, this is the first time having pet insurance and will never do without again! MetLife has a user friendly website and an app as well. Easy to submit claims and a quick turnaround for payment reimbursement . We would highly recommend MetLife as I do already to several group pages I’m in for our dogs breed.
