Fetch is a great pet insurance to work with. The reimbursement process has been quick and they communicate each step. They also have added the Wellness Benefits that are convenient for Senior dogs.

Waited over three months for them to process a claim
When I first got my dog over two years ago I got embrace the exact same day. They said I had a 6 month waiting period and I needed to get a vet visit within two weeks to make sure he was healthy. I did that and I sent it in. Then in NOVEMBER 2023 I submit our first emergency claim. Embrace refused to process it because they needed ALL medical records since I “never visited the vet after getting the policy” I told them I did and I sent in all the paperwork and it even said in the doctors note that this visit was for insurance and then they magically said they found it and they would process my claim. They still didn’t and wouldn’t until I got the records from when he was 8 weeks old and still belonged to the breeder. Almost a month later they finally reimbursed me. Three months to process one claim? That was unbelievable and everyone else I have talked to about other companies said their claims were always processed in a couple of days. I was just very disappointed by their lack of professionalism and how they handle business.

Affordable and easy to submit claims!
Fetch makes it easy to submit a claim and get reimbursement quickly! Customer service is always very friendly and helpful. Very affordable and it’s already paid for itself this year! I love that as you remain a loyal customer, it gets even more affordable. Overall, amazing pet insurance and that’s why I’ve stuck with them every year - after I’ve shopped around with competitors!

Thrilled With Fetch Policy
I signed up for Fetch 7/22. In January this year, I took Winnie to the vet. He was admitted to the hospital where he stayed for 4 days. Submitting the claim was easy, and I set up direct deposit to my checking. Fetch sent updates, stating they were working on the claim. After approximately 10 days, I called customer service. They needed bills from vet services for the prior year; explaining he had none, she assured me the claim would be processed within 7 days. It was just a couple. The two claims since were paid within a few days. I am thrilled I purchased Fetch. Only glitch was Winnie's lack of vet visits, which was quickly noted by customer service. Filing claims is easy, receiving reimbursement quick. I highly recommend Fetch.

I was disappointed
I was disappointed. I’ve always had great experiences with trupanion. But the price was outrageous compared to what I’ve paid in the past. After questions it multiple times the rep finally told me they were including and extra “recovery package” when I made it clear I only wanted the same coverage I’ve had on my previous dog. After a very very long conversation, the price is still very high. Almost the same as I paid for the exact same breed, sex of dog, in same zip code as my six year old dog for my 8 week old puppy. I still don’t trust I was given a fair price and am still contemplating canceling it. It was not a good experience and I still have not seen my one month free credit come through that I was supposed to get if I let my sales rep know within 24 hours of my puppies wellness appointment. I emailed him immediately as instructed and have not even gotten a response. Disappointed.
