Your policy has been for me to reach out to vets on my own to find documentation that you need. The response is that you know of the supposed documentation, cant tell me what it is exactly, and that you wonât move forward until I go and find it myself as the consumer who does not know what Iâm looking for. You have one job and you wont do it. Caroline was great as a customer service rep but your company is not very good.
