I’ve had this policy for about 3 weeks
I’ve had this policy for about 3 weeks. They immediately denied my claim for a $145 liver test that my dog needed. They stated it was a pre-existing condition, and they know darn well that as not the case. As a healthcare professional myself, I was appalled at their lack of care for my animal. Their logic made no sense. They were only concerned that they wouldn’t have to pay. I immediately cancelled my policy. Thank goodness they are not an insurance carrier for HUMANS. Never again will I do business with them. Edit in response to ASPCA’s reply: we had the policy for THREE weeks and were WELL past the 14 day waiting window. I stand by my above review. Their reply only demonstrates how incompetent they are…they clearly don’t even listen or know what’s going on.

Initial Claim
Just enrolled my puppy in Spot insurance including the preventative coverage which is recommended for a pup. Took him to the vet for his initial visit after buying him. The bill was 172$. I filed my first claim, uploaded my invoice from the vet and the claim was processed quickly with an awesome reimbursement. Monthly premium is money well spent.

Stay away if you care about your pet…
Worst pet insurance I have ever used and will not ever use again if I decide to get another dog. Their reimbursement policy is repulsive. The reason why I say this is because for their annual spending limit of 2500 is ridiculous especially if your pet gets cancer like mine where each treatment is $900 every 3 weeks so you can imagine that 2500 is going to run out pretty fast. Then when you hit that thresh point they will only reimburse 100 for a $900 bill, truly ridiculous. These people do not care about your pet just another insurance company stealing your money monthly on a horse s*** policy. Stay away and look elsewhere unless you want to have them force you to decide whether to treat your pet or not. So to Spot your organization is garbage just like the current state of this administration.

Figo is our hero
Figo is our hero. Our pets are so important to us, they are our fluffy little children. Out of the blue, our kitty was so sick and we didn't know what was wrong. It was a very stressful time. Our experiences with Figo have been great during these stressful times. I love how easy it is to submit a claim.... like texting a friend. :) The deposit was made to our account in about a week for almost half of the cost of the vet bills! That made us very happy! And our little guy feels great, and is back to his happy self.

Quick and easy claims process
We've had Embrace for over four years and are lucky to have never had to submit a claim. Recently, we just had to submit our first claim and it was so easy. They reviewed our claim, approved it with a breakdown of the claim, and the money was in our account within days.
