This is my third pet insurance company…
This is my third pet insurance company I’ve tried and unfortunately this has been the most disappointing / worst one. I had high hopes but because I wound up with a few large expenses they are making it impossible to be reimbursed by violating their own TOS and making it extremely difficult to resolve. Their customer service is also not very good, just people who don’t really know what they’re talking about and read from scripts. As soon as I’m able to I’m DEFINITELY going to switch to a different provider. I would not and will not recommend this insurance to anyone. Nationwide is probably a better choice; maybe anyone else!

Reimbursed 90% of surgery
My cat was attacked by a dog and needed $13k surgery…I submitted the claim and was reimbursed in a week. No questions asked, just sent the invoice from the vet. Wonderful service. And kitty is going to be ok :)

Process from start to finish was very simple. Emma was due for bordetella vaccine. Made an appointment, provided my Spot policy number, has her checked, made payment, received itemized receipt, submitted claim, reimbursement of 90% is in my account.

I don't plan on switching anytime soon!
Easy to submit claims, and you don't have to wait too long to get your money back on the bills. I have the plan where I only take care of 10% of the vet bill. So far that has been amazing. Vet bills that can easily be more than $800 and Spot Pet Insurance paying 90% ($720) is a relief. Imagine only paying $80 at the end. Amazing!!
