Is Fetch as good as their customer service?
I was looking for a good insurance and not only a company that takes premium. According to Amanda Fetch delivers. I was told that some pre-existing conditions could be considered not pre-existing. We will see if it is accurate. I, however, appreciated the time and information Amanda provided and hoping that Fetch Insurance is all that she said. Amanda knows the policy, is kind and understanding.

Probably my last year with this insurance
As far as filling out claims and getting them paid, I would give 5 stars; for raising my annual premium almost $200 without giving me ANY notice...just hitting my credit card for the amount at 3 a.m.....I give them 0 stars. This is NOT a way to treat a customer!!! Had I known the premium was going up that much, I would've shopped around for new insurance. I suspect that's why I got no notification. NOT a happy customer.

I hated the entire experience!
I had to provide documents from 4 years ago from two different vet clinics for medical history. Embrace told me that they had requested these documents from the clinics for months but it was clearly a lie. I had to do it my self, ridiculous. Afterwards, my claim took about a month and a half to be processed before I got a refund. The only reason I received a refund was because I fought long and hard against them, even providing x rays, because they claimed “pre-existing condition” over a skin mass that was found 3 years prior. But the real reason we cancelled our policy was because after a year of owning the policy, Embrace decided to increase our premiums by 50%! Stating that because our dog was 1 year older (13yo), inflation, and costs in my area this justified such a large price increase. I highly discourage anyone getting pet insurance. Save a little money each month and invest it. This option is significantly better than giving your money and your time to these insurance companies. They created more stress for me during a time of need. I cancelled and will not be looking back.
