Very confusing
Very confusing. Your breakdown of what is covered is confusing. I thought the breakdown is what I pay, not the maximum you'll pay in a year. For example, our spay costs us around $550. The breakdown says $75, but what does that mean exactly?! Is this what I pay, or what you pay??? Very confusing and upsetting. Submitted over $800-$900 of basic puppy bills for vaccinations, spay, etc, and only received $135 back. Pitiful!!!

Required disabling my VPN to give CC info
I shouldn't have to disable my VPN or ad blocker to make a purchase online. Especially to provide credit card information. Protecting my financial information online is one of the reasons I use a VPN, so do everyone a favor and consider that use case in your web design. You would have lost my business if I hadn't figured that out, because the customer service rep I had to call couldn't.

I submitted a claim and it was denied. Sent in an appeal and it was denied???
I submitted a claim and it was denied. I spoke with my vet and they had told me they would reach out to straighten out the problem because there were no pre existing health conditions as what my pet had done. I later sent an appeal in to wait 60 days to get an answer. The answer was pathetic and the research was not done properly otherwise they would have seen there were no pre existing issues. I have cancelled my insurance Mar 21 2024 and signed a new contract with SPOT pet insurance. Very disappointing
