Two sick dogs, one great experience!
Two of our dogs -- Harper and Cutter -- have needed vet care unexpectedly in the past month. The bills piled up quickly, and we were quickly reimbursed by Embrace. We've been with them for nearly nine years and can't imagine raising our pets without their coverage.

Impossible to justify a policy including preventative care. Monthly cost is better placed into a savings account!
I had to submit my claim twice for consideration. Despite paying nearly $70/ month with the understanding that 80 to 90% of charges associated with covered activities and services would be reimbursed. The annual maximum placed on these services makes this insurance almost pointless and I am strongly considering canceling my insurance policy unless these prohibitive restrictions are lifted.

Million Dogs!
I can't say enough about Healthy Paws and the care they have enabled me to give my dogs! They came through every time. My dogs ended up being pretty high maintenance and there were many expensive hospital and vet bills over there lifespan. The peace of mind is invaluable in knowing that whatever procedure is needed to help your pet, can be given without hesitation knowing that Healthy Paws will be there for you and your pets! That is invaluable!! All of their many Vets know that whatever procedure or treatment they think my dogs need, I would not hesitate to say: "Yes, do it!" They always have to ask anyway. I thank them so much for their kindness and consideration thought all the challenges and especially my Fur Angel's last days.! I just received a condolences card from them that brought the tears flowing again as they are right now in writing this! Balls were dropped
I will upgrade the score when my long overdue deductible refund (over 10 months) is received. My adjuster disappeared / moved on without advising me of the final determination on my claim, and I was unsuccessful in attempts to reach him - phone # and email was disconnected and I had no idea of how to get the info I needed. Finally called Sonnet and was put on hold several times and redirected, only to be told that the claims company would be getting back to me within 24 hours. That has not happened, now going on to third day since the interaction with Sonnet.
