Very happy with this company.
I have submitted claims and they respond very quickly so far. If you call the person does their best to answer all your questions and resolve any issues you may have. I have been with them for a year and both pets are covered. I intend to extend my policy for another year.
It's soooo Easy.
I find Lemonade so easy to work with. You get reimbursed within 24 hours and it's great and so easy for as busy as I am. I absolutely recommend their coverage and appreciate their service.

I’m a very reasonable consumer. I don’t leave irrational reviews based on emotion. I can say this company is terrible. I’m actually embarrassed I fell for their marketing and fake reviews and purchased “insurance” from them. ASPCA has sold its name to a third party provider and they’re pathetic. Do yourself a favor and buy insurance from ANYONE other than this company.

Great communication and provided coverage for my pups dental work
I have been with fetch for 7 years for my dog and my cat. Albeit there have been annual price increases, I was very pleased with my recent claim. My dog had 12 teeth removed due to being decayed…I filed my claim and within 2 weeks I received 80% coverage of the claim (minus deductible). It is great to know that the company is reliable and provided great updates and a quick deposit into my account. Thanks Fetch.

ASPCA clearly advises customers that they do not cover pre-existing conditions. Buyer beware! The ASPCA Pet Insurance Company would not pay for a veterinary visit that required antibiotic treatment even though the visit occurred past the “designated period”. In other words, you pay monthly premiums until there is enough money in your account to cover your bill. Be very cautious of this company. Put money in a savings account. The bank won’t deny your claim. Waste of money, in my experience.

Did not have a good experience with Fetch
Been with Fetch for a couple of years. My pups are 4 and 2.5. Price for the 4 year has risen to $1500 a year, healthy dog no issues. My car insurance is cheaper. Every time I submit a claim they find something wrong. Last time I deducted her flea meds from the amount we claimed cause we knew they were not covered, so they deducted them again and did not respond to my request for explanation. They demanded 2 years of past medical records for my 6 month old puppy?? Again this year, asking for medical records for my 4 year old, again! Almost $2200 a year for two dogs, rather put the money away and pay my own costs, I end up paying for it anyway. Sad thing is, I’m an insurance broker!

I was skeptical at first about pet insurance in general. Then when I decided it was the right decision I was overwhelmed by all of the options out there. I am so very happy that all of the reviews I read and my co-workers referral lead me to Healthy Paws. I just had to file my first claim and what an easy process! They didn’t over complicate it; website is very user friendly. I would say it wasn’t but 2 days later my claim was processed. The explanation of benefits was clear and concise. I signed up for direct deposit as well. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws!
