Scam
This company is scamming customers. They consider any vet visit a pre-existing condition, even if there is no diagnosis. So, all the testing while they try to find out what’s going on will be rejected. Plus, the customer rep was very rude on the phone, and kept interrupting. Their policy is written vaguely on purpose to scam customers. Perhaps rewrite your policy to be clear.

This company takes advantage of its customers and offers zero flexibility. 4 stars is a lie. They doubled my premiums from year to year, with zero claims. All they provided was a non-descript email 'notification' which my email filtered into junk.
