Claim processing and follow through
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has proven to me that they care for my fur baby. They process my claims in a timely manner, provide information on the status of my claims, and follow through with questions and concerns about the healing and well being of my doggie. I am beyond grateful to God and Nationwide Pet Insurance. My Great Dane was admitted to the Pet Emergency Hospital for three days and the charges were absolutely astronomical. I called Nationwide crying and they talked me though the process of submitting a claim electronically, so we could receive a faster turn around. I don't know how I could have managed this without Nationwide. This insurance is a must!

If I could hug Embrace
If I could hug Embrace, I would. If it were not for this company, there is no way I could afford pet vet bills here in Hawaii. As a teacher, I have a very limited income, but every single time Embrace comes to my rescure and allows me to keep my fluffy tabby cat Baby in tip top shape. I am beyond happy with this compnay and have told SOOOO many people. I have the vet office referring pet parents to Embrace too! In this mean, cruel world, where no one seems to care, I am glad you do. There is a bright light on Embrace. Thank you for ALL you do!

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER
please please please don't get pet insurance with fetch, they take 2 months to review claims AND you HAVE to take you pet to the vet at least once year for your insurance to be valid. We were paying $200 a month for our insurance (for two big dogs) had 1 vet visit for our puppy and we didn't get anything back because we were $9 under the deductible. The math doesn't add up and they don't want to pay you. We switched to CAA pet insurance, pay cheaper rates, and have got our claim review and payout back in days. Please don't waste your money on fetch! it's super concerning because what if you had a large vet bill and they didn't pay you? but yet you paid into your insurance for years? so frustating!!!

I strongly recommend Pet's Best insurance. I knew from when I first called them to inquire about coverage that they were a winner. I quickly was connected with a representative who was kind and knowledgeable. Since then, Pet's Best has been very easy to work with. Claims are easy to submit and are responded to very quickly, and, best of all, Pet's Best covered my dog's total hip replacement without any issue. I have friends with other insurance companies who have had many issues with coverage. I have had only positive experiences with Pet's Best!
