Very poor communication
We emailed the enrollment email twice over multiple weeks with a few questions that we wanted to clarify before signing up. We never heard from anyone. The only way we received any info whatsoever was through a 3rd party insurance rep.

I have been with Trupanion for 13+ years and will never be without it. They have been a partner in my pets health, 5 in all. They have never disappointed when a health issue arose. They are quick to pay and very helpful. You can tell that all of the associates are animal people. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Unbelievable Rate Hikes
I had no problem with my insurance coverage with Embrace; however, after my first year with them they decided to raise my premium. That, in and of itself, was not the problem. THE FACT THAT THEY DECIDED TO RAISE THE PREMIUMS BY OVER 51% a month was enough to make me cancel my coverage and move to another company. I’ll never use them again.
