I never had pet insurance before and I thought the process of submitting a claim would be pretty intense, but instead I found this to be straightforward and very easy. My claim was processed quickly with no issue. I’m very satisfied with SPOT and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

When I was ready to obtain Pet insurance again, I shopped around with ALL pet insurance options, and came back to MetLife Pet; they are the most reasonable for what you get, SUPER FAST reimbursement and just a wonderful team! I have claim that is now 7 months waiting and haven’t been reimbursed! From end of the year last year. First time I sent wrong paperwork 2nd time was only half the information well 3rd time I sent the rest needed and still no Mentioning about it in portal.

They've been coming in clutch for my senior cat
I have an old cat who had dental issues but they helped me cover his bill. It's been stressful seeing my cat like this and worrying about paying his vet bills but since I have insurance through spot, I got a reimbursement once I met the deductible.

Very difficult to submit with mobile app
Every time I submit claims individually whatever the review process is there is somebody that comes through it's not randomly generated by the computer and they start naming items and it gets very confusing because you know you've submitted something and it disappears and you end up resubmitting it and then I've had where they claim they don't have what they need but it's already submitted. And then they combine claims that shouldn't be combined because they're under another dog's name. The other concern is it appears that some of these representatives are working at home because you can hear children in the background. How is our information safe like that?
