The fact that I could get a quote without having to put in personal information or wait for an emailed quote is the reason I rate this experience 5 stars. Also, the reason I went with this insurance.

Not able to communicate with anyone
Not able to communicate with anyone. Every time I put my email address to complete registration I am told that this isn’t my email address. What is going on? Obviously, I don’t want this insurance since I can’t even start the process.

My first claim has been sitting in queue for 3 weeks. On the web in one place, it says 2-4 days while another place says 2 weeks.

Nothing is ever covered and if it is the reimbursement is ridiculous. I'm scared to think what is going to happen if my dog really gets sick or injured. I am shopping for another insurance
