JUST CAN NOT SEE ANYONE GIVING THIS HORROR COMPANY A GOOD REVIEW

my claims take up to 10 weeks....need 8 phone calls......7 emails..... i re mail the invoices over and over.... and still do not get paid in any reasonable time.... if they find any problem you will need esp to figure it out.....no one knows anything.... my last claim took three months as they never told me they were missing a bit of info on the invoice the claim before that....they lost the original invoice 3x so i use an email with receipt and still they need 15 days to just read it... i can not leave as my dog has a pre condition.....i am stuck in this hell for the next 15 years... warn everyone.... choose another company.....

I would Not recommend this insurance

Pets best insurance should be called Pets Worst. Takes month to review your claims and reject with no valid reason. Appeal takes another 2 months. Please save your time and money and don’t sign for this insurance!

Where's the cancel insurance button?

Our dog slipped off the curb and we brought her in right away. Turns out Spot doesn't cover x-rays if they think her new limp has been ongoing. There is no "cancel insurance" button throughout their site. The money here goes in one direction... do not give them your business.

Amanda Mello was amazing

Amanda Mello was amazing! One of my cats was recently in the hospital, which made me start looking into pet insurance policies for him and the rest of my cats. She made finding insurance for my babies such a positive experience. She was so friendly and helpful throughout this process. She made a good impression on me of what to expect from Fetch.

George - As per the policy we do require medical records for all enrolled pets in order to process claims, including a copy of the required enrollment examination. Once full records are received (typically we ask for them when you file your first few claims) we will keep them on file for future claims processing. The records you provided were line item records. These do not note any detailed information about the visits and cannot be used for processing. If we receive the needed documentation, we can process your claim.
